Frequently Asked Questions

What is Curatit?

A curated library of organic social posts from brands. Editors review every post and record its objective, format, structure and visual style, so you can find strong references for a brief and see why they work.

Who is it for?

Designers, strategists and agencies who make social content for brands and want references they can explain to a client.

Where do the posts come from?

From brands' public organic accounts. Editors approve each account and each post before it's published, and every post links back to the original.

How is this different from scrolling social media for ideas?

You search by brief instead of by hashtag, every result has been reviewed by an editor, and each one tells you why it matched.

Can my client see my boards?

Only when you share a link. Shared boards are read-only, open without an account, expire within 30 days, and leave out your notes.

What happens if a brand asks for a post to be removed?

It's removed from search, post pages, boards and shared links straight away. If it's ever restored, it goes back through review before it reappears.
